What is a Junior Consultancy?
A team of young consultant composed of 8 ISTOM students with the aim of meeting the needs of a marine ecosystems sponsor.

Feasibility studies: Analyzing the viability as well as the economic and organizational implications of a project.

Project and/or post-project evaluation

Business Plan

Identification of species and/or behaviour

Impact analysis: an assessment of the project's consequences in order to analyse the limits and/or negative effects

Our methodology :
To prepare for the field phase, We have:

18 months to build our project by finding a sponsor and funding

Coaching by an ISTOM tutor to help us prepare expertise and support in the field.
